The Role
An exciting opportunity exists for a Customer Support Representative to join the team at TKV. In this diverse role, you'll be the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service and internal sales support, while also assisting with day-to-day warehouse operations.

This role suits someone who values structure, enjoys routine, and prefers a service-oriented environment over high-pressure sales targets.

This role is located in Adelaide, SA.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming phone and email enquiries with professionalism and efficiency
• Prepare accurate and timely quotes and process orders
• Assist walk-in customers at the front counter, providing excellent service
• Maintain strong relationships with key customers through regular communication
• Proactively reach out to prospects to promote products and build lasting partnerships
• Support warehouse operations with tasks such as picking, packing, stock replenishment, and transfers

• Strong relationship-building ability with customers and teammates
• Proven experience in sales support or customer service roles (experience in earthmoving or a related industry is a plus)
• Comfortable in a hybrid role, blending desk-based work with physical tasks in the warehouse
• Passion for providing outstanding customer service
• Current driver's licence and forklift licence
