🔹 About the Role

As a Project Manager, you'll take charge of bringing product ideas to life—from napkin sketch to warehouse shelf. You'll coordinate across teams, manage resources, mitigate risks, and keep everything on track. Your leadership will be the driving force behind successful, on-time, on-budget product launches.

Location: Old Reynella, SA (On-site)

🔹 What You'll Be Doing

- Own project planning: timelines, milestones, budgets, risks.
- Oversee development from concept to production—including compliance and quality assurance.
- Collaborate with internal teams and offshore suppliers to deliver excellence.
- Anticipate roadblocks and course-correct quickly to keep delivery on target.
- Ensure each product meets Voltex's quality, certification, and delivering a great customer experience.

- Proven experience in project management across product, engineering, or manufacturing environments.
- Skilled in timeline control, budgeting, and risk mitigation.
- Adept at managing multiple projects and cross-functional teams simultaneously.
- Experience with offshore manufacturing is a strong advantage.
- You thrive on meritocracy rather than hierarchy.
