🔹 About the Role

We're looking for a Category Manager to lead a key product category—owning everything from vision to performance. This is a hybrid leadership role blending strategy, product development, and commercial performance. You'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Voltex's product lineup.

Location: Old Reynella, SA (On-site)

🔹 What You'll Be Doing

- Set and execute category strategy aligned to company goals and market trends.
- Lead the full product lifecycle—from concept to sunset.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Supply Chain to launch and scale products successfully.
- Drive pricing, supplier negotiations, and margin optimisation.
- Analyse performance and market intelligence to spot innovation opportunities.
