Role Overview

As a Delivery Driver, you'll play a vital role in upholding Waterworks' commitment to outstanding customer service by ensuring accurate and timely deliveries. This is a dual focus role and includes some warehouse duties, requiring physical strength, forklift operations and the ability to focus on accurate and efficient order fulfilment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver orders daily across the Auckland region (Ute+ Trailer or Small Truck)
• Load and oversee unloading to ensure products arrive undamaged.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of delivery vehicles.
• Plan efficient delivery schedules and optimize travel routes.
• Communicate effectively with customers regarding deliveries.
• Daily order picking, packing, and dispatch using Warehouse Management System.
• Other general warehouse duties as required.

What will you need to succeed?

We're looking for someone who brings energy, adaptability, and a customer-focused mindset. You should have:

• Proven delivery driver / warehouse or similar experience.
• A full, clean Class 2 Driver's Licence.
• Current forklift F endorsement.

• Some warehouse experience would be beneficial.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Physical capability to handle heavy lifting (up to 25-30 kg).
• Ability to build strong customer relationships.
• A positive, helpful, and team-oriented attitude.
• Ability to learn and utilise the Warehouse Management System and GPS.
