The Opportunity
We're looking for a driven, energetic Conveyor Sales Growth Executive to accelerate parts and conveyor roller sales across the North Island. This is a key role within our national growth strategy, supporting customers in manufacturing, logistics, meat processing, dairy, and fresh produce industries.
If you're someone who enjoys building relationships, uncovering new business opportunities, and making an impact across a wide territory, this role offers plenty of scope to shine.
What You'll Be Doing
- Growing parts sales and achieving agreed target levels.
- Developing new business through proactive outreach, site visits, and industry engagement.
- Managing and nurturing existing customer relationships to ensure ongoing partnership and support.
- Providing technical guidance and product recommendations to enhance customer efficiency.
- Collaborating closely with Internal Sales, Key Account Managers, Projects, and Operations.
- Keeping your sales pipeline active, organised, and well-reported in our CRM.
- Staying informed on customer needs, competitor activity, and wider market trends.
What You'll Bring
- Proven experience in sales or business development.
- Confidence managing your own workload and working remotely when needed.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to engage at all levels.
- Excellent organisation, time management, and attention to detail.
- Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
- Mechanically and technically inclined, able to quickly build product knowledge and engage confidently with customers.
- Industry knowledge in conveyors or industrial equipment is an advantage, but not essential.
