About the Role

As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for the installation, servicing, and maintenance of high-quality drinking water systems. Your technical skills and problem-solving ability will ensure our customers receive outstanding service every time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and repair a range of drinking water systems.
• Perform scheduled maintenance and servicing of water filtration systems.
• Liaise with customers to assess their needs and provide exceptional service.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of all work completed.
• Adhere to all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Assist with the installation of new drinking water systems as required.
• Identify opportunities to promote additional sales and services.

What We're Looking For:

• Qualified Electrician or plumber with a current QLD Electrical Licence (restricted licences will also be considered)
• Previous experience in a field service, electrical, or engineering role.
• Strong troubleshooting and fault-finding skills.
• Experience repairing and doing diagnostics, troubleshooting errors on white goods appliances, water systems or similar.
• Strong customer service orientation and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A current Open Class A Driver's Licence.
• Willingness to undergo a Police Check and comply with safety policies.
• Professional presentation and a positive attitude.
