The Role
We're seeking a versatile Marketing Manager to lead the creation and execution of Freshline's marketing strategy—from branding and digital engagement to advertising and social campaigns. You'll be responsible for measuring campaign performance, delivering customer-centric content, and translating insights into action. Based in Sydney or Melbourne, you'll also travel 1 day a week to the Launceston head office for the first quarter to align closely with the team and immerse yourself in our operations.
The Responsibilities
- Implement Freshline's integrated marketing strategy across communications, digital, advertising, and social media.
- Plan, deliver, and measure both digital and traditional campaigns to enhance sales and customer loyalty.
- Establish and report on performance metrics to evaluate campaign effectiveness and inform strategy.
- Conduct market research, analyse trends and competitor activity, and share actionable insights internally.
- Oversee content development for web, social, and other digital touchpoints.
- Collaborate with internal teams—including sales, operations, and leadership—to drive cohesive marketing initiatives aligned with business goals
What We Are Looking For
- Strong B2B marketing experience, ideally within a technical, food, or industrial sector.
- Hands-on experience with digital marketing, social media, advertising, and metrics-driven campaigns.
- Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Analytical mindset—comfortable interpreting data to drive strategy and results.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field is a plus, but not essential.
- Availability to travel one day a week to Launceston for the first three months of the role is required.
- Bonus: Experience supporting international export markets or building campaigns for overseas audiences.
What's So Great About This Opportunity?
- High Impact: Lead and shape Freshline's marketing efforts at a pivotal time in the company's growth.
- Diverse Role: From strategy to execution, digital to traditional, your work will span multiple marketing disciplines.
- Strategic Exposure: Work closely with senior leadership and across departments to drive meaningful, measurable business outcomes.
- Brand & Values: Join a trusted, quality-driven Tasmanian brand that values sustainability, craftsmanship, and genuine relationships.
