The Role
We're searching for a strategic, hands-on Product Innovation & Technical Manager to turn bold ideas into powerful products. You'll play a key role in bridging the gap between market opportunity and technical execution – taking new concepts from whiteboard to production floor. If you're passionate about innovation, thrive in fast-paced environments, and know what it takes to develop high-performance technical products, this could be your next big move.

The Responsibilities:

• Mapping future product strategy based on market trends, customer feedback, and technology shifts
• Leading brainstorming sessions and early-stage concept development
• Providing technical oversight to ensure designs are feasible, safe, and scalable
• Guiding cross-functional teams through prototyping, testing, and launch
• Partnering with sales, marketing, engineering, and manufacturing teams to align on goals
• Presenting product pitches and technical updates to senior leadership
• Driving continuous improvement, benchmarking competitor innovations, and championing best practices in R&D

You'll also be key in managing timelines, budgets, and team resources across all phases of development – ensuring that innovation stays on track and on target.
