About the Role
As our national footprint continues to grow, we are looking for an energetic and highly organised Operations Support Coordinator to join the team based in Oamaru.
This is a fast-paced and highly varied role requiring someone proactive, sharp-minded, and naturally organised. You will work closely with Project Managers and operational teams, identifying what needs to be done before being asked and helping ensure projects run efficiently from start to finish.
You will play a key role in creating a seamless operational environment by proactively identifying risks, solving problems early, and supporting continuous improvement across the business.

What We're Looking For
You're highly organised, proactive, and solutions-focused, with strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. You bring professionalism, adaptability, attention to detail, and a collaborative approach to supporting teams and keeping operations running smoothly.
- Proven experience in a similar administrator, coordinator or junior project manager role.
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills
- High attention to detail
- Strong communication and coordination ability
- Confidence managing multiple priorities simultaneously
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
- The ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic environment
