The Role
We're looking for an experienced and motivated Store Person / Warehouse Team Leader to join our Canning Vale team. This dual-role position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, thrives in a team environment, and is ready to take the next step into leadership.

The Responsibilities

As a Store Person, you'll:

• Pick, pack, and dispatch orders accurately and efficiently
• Operate forklifts and manage goods safely
• Handle incoming stock, returns, and customer pickups
• Maintain a clean and organised warehouse
• Use MYOB Acumatica and MachShip for shipping and inventory tasks

As a Team Leader, you'll also:

• Supervise daily operations and allocate team tasks
• Provide training and mentorship
• Manage stock rotation and oversee inventory accuracy
• Monitor KPIs and support continuous improvement
• Ensure safety procedures are followed at all times

Experience Required

• Minimum 4 years' warehouse experience with leadership responsibilities
• Forklift licence (LF) and valid driver's licence
• Strong physical capability to lift and move stock
• Confidence using warehouse systems – MYOB Acumatica and MachShip preferred
• Excellent communication, organisational, and people skills
