Job Description
The Role
This is a newly created role responsible for launching, leading and growing TKV's Western Australia operation. Reporting to the National Sales Manager, you will take ownership of sales performance, customer relationships and operational outcomes across the region, working closely with our 3PL partner to ensure seamless service delivery.
You can be based anywhere in Perth, with travel across WA as required
The Responsibilities:
- Assess local market conditions to identify and pursue new sales opportunities in line with company objectives
- Drive profitable revenue growth and exceed WA sales targets
- Actively network within the local business community to build brand presence and market penetration
- Build, maintain and grow strong relationships with both new and existing customers
- Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve customer or employee issues promptly
- Prepare and provide regular updates on sales performance and operational activity
- Coordinate closely with the 3PL provider to ensure strong operational performance and fast turnaround of orders and enquiries
- Support the future growth of the region, including the potential to build and lead a small local team
What We Are Looking For:
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a sales or leadership role within earthmoving, heavy equipment, construction machinery, or related parts/component sectors
- Commercially driven with a proven ability to build a region or territory from the ground up
- Strong consultative selling skills and the ability to build trusted, long-term customer relationships
- Confident communicator with leadership capability and a hands-on approach
- Solid business acumen, including budgeting, planning and understanding financial performance
- Technically minded, with the willingness to get involved with products when required
- Based in Western Australia and willing to undertake regional travel
