The Role 

We are searching for an experienced Draftsperson to join the team! In this role you will be responsible for liaising with the initial drawing team to finalise and complete the designs using Cabinet Vision Software, ready to send to the CNC Machines.

This is a full-time role based in the office in Warwick QLD.  

Relocation assistance provided for the right candidate.

Key responsibilities include:

• Produce accurate CNC machine programs and factory shop drawings in line with the production schedule
• Provide CNC programs to machine operators in a timely manner to avoid production delays
• Ensure all necessary information is gathered and CNC programs are error-free
• Liaise with production and project management teams to meet project requirements

What we are looking for: 

• A minimum 12 months experience using the cabinet vision software is essential
• Able to accurately read and interpret drawings & specifications
• Familiar with CNC machines
• Strong communication, planning, problem-solving, and time management skills, with the ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Confident in using initiative and effectively managing personal and team time to meet goals efficiently
• Take pride and ownership of your work
