About the Role
We're seeking a proactive and strategic Operations and Projects Manager to lead project delivery and oversee operations. This hands-on leadership role involves managing the entire project lifecycle—from sales handover through design, production, procurement, and installation.
As Dyno grows, this role will evolve to include scaling systems, mentoring a team of project managers, and enhancing operational capabilities to support rapid business expansion.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Management: Deliver projects on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards. Report on profitability, coordinate teams, and manage maintenance contracts for customer satisfaction.
- Operational Oversight: Ensure efficient production and dispatch, resolve workflow inefficiencies, and monitor procurement schedules for timely material availability.
- Leadership & Growth: Develop scalable systems, mentor a high-performing team, and collaborate with sales and leadership to build client trust and secure new business.
- Team Collaboration & Culture: Foster accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement while embodying Dyno's core values.
What you'll need to succeed?
- Proven experience in operations and project management, ideally in manufacturing or engineering.
- Strong skills in scheduling, budgeting, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
- Hands-on knowledge of manufacturing workflows is highly advantageous.
- Exceptional leadership and team collaboration skills.
- Experience developing scalable systems for organizational growth.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
