The Opportunity:

The AllShelter team is on the hunt for a Supply Chain Team Leader to join their team. Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, you'll coordinate day-to-day supply chain operations, ensure smooth supplier and logistics communications, and support internal stakeholders. From parts planning to PO management, you'll be the key link that keeps everything moving.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee parts availability, purchasing, and scheduling.
• Coordinate with suppliers, logistics partners, and internal teams.
• Manage purchase orders, documentation, and logistics tracking.
• Utilise NetSuite and SharePoint for organisation and visibility.
• Monitor lead times, update dashboards, and flag issues.
• Ensure data accuracy and generate regular reports.
• Support continuous improvement and team coordination.
• Bridge internal operations with outsourced manufacturing.
• Prepare logistics and project documentation for client submissions.
• Verify invoices, review PO reports, and maintain records.
• Build and maintain strong supplier relationships.

 What You'll Bring

• Proven experience in supply chain, logistics, or manufacturing.
• Technological proficiency and ERP experience (ideally NetSuite).
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-focused, organised, and calm under pressure.
• Able to work independently and support a small team.
• Familiarity with BOMs or outsourced manufacturing environments (advantageous).
