The Role
An exciting opportunity exists for an Administrator to join the team at Millform's Eastern Creek facility. This role supports procurement activities and general office administration, working closely with the Procurement Officer to ensure timely and accurate purchasing and reporting. The role includes a variety of tasks such as raising purchase orders, reviewing invoices, maintaining filing systems, and producing key monthly reports. This is an ideal position for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, has a high attention to detail, and is looking to be part of a dynamic and growing organisation.

Key responsibilities will include:
• Procurement of goods excluding bulk coil – including timber, packaging, consumables, and more
• Raising purchase orders and reviewing supplier invoices, including adding freight charges
• End-of-month reporting and supporting account closures
• Maintaining filing systems including PODs and load sheets
• Creating and maintaining DIFOT and other performance reports
• Providing general office support and suggesting improvements
What we are looking for:
• 1–2 years' experience in administrative or clerical roles, especially raising purchase orders and data entry
• Familiarity with ERP systems for invoicing and reporting
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• High attention to detail and ability to maintain focus despite distractions
• Positive and proactive attitude, with strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
