The Role

We're seeking an experienced Operations Manager to take ownership of end-to-end operations - from inventory management, production planning and forecasting through to supplier relationships, cost control, transportation, and warehouse oversight. This role also involves managing a small team, implementing ERP systems and Bill of Material (BOM) process. You'll be expected to champion a safety-first culture, implement quality assurance practices, and lead by example when it comes to protecting the wellbeing of your team and ensuring safe transport, storage, and handling of materials.

What We're Looking For

• Strong focus on Health & Safety compliance and continuous improvement, your wellbeing and that of your team is a top priority.
• Solid experience in running a team on/offshore in supply chain, warehousing or operations roles
• Proven ability to implement systems and streamline processes
• A keen eye for innovation and automation
