The Role
We're currently seeking an experienced and motivated CNC Machinist and Programmer to join our high-performing team. This is a hands-on position suited to someone who enjoys working in a collaborative environment, is solution-focused, and takes pride in producing high-quality work.
The Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for:

Programming, setting, and operating CNC lathes for precision repetition machining

Working with Doosan and Citizen CNC lathes (including Puma 2600LSY, Doosan Lynx 2100LSY, and Citizen A32 Swiss CNC lathe)

Applying sound knowledge of tooling use, tolerances, and replacement cycles

Delivering quality parts while ensuring production efficiency and safety standards

Collaborating with and supervising team members during machine setups

Supporting production schedules and targets in conjunction with the Production Manager

Assisting with quality assurance of both your own and your team's machine settings and output

Bringing a problem-solving mindset to custom and complex customer designs

Contributing ideas and sharing knowledge on tooling, settings, and process improvements

Proven experience operating and programming CNC lathes

Familiarity with Fanuc controllers (preferred)
