About the Opportunity
We are seeking a versatile Marketing Manager to take ownership and execute multi-channel campaigns, manage content and collateral, drive digital marketing performance, and support lead generation and product marketing initiatives.
This role is ideal for a strategic, yet hands-on marketer who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys working across both strategic and operational marketing functions.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver coordinated campaigns across multiple channels, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Drive brand awareness and marketing initiatives, including content creation, case studies, and industry insights.
- Manage digital marketing channels, including website updates, email campaigns, social media, and paid media.
- Support Sales with lead generation, internal communications, and product lifecycle marketing.
- Collaborate on product launches and maintain centralised product knowledge resources.
- Track and report campaign performance, ensuring marketing activities comply with brand, legal, and regulatory standards.
What We're Looking For
- Experience as a Marketing Manager with a proven record of successful campaigns.
- Strong knowledge of the full marketing mix, including digital marketing, campaigns, and content management, ideally in a product-focused environment.
- Previous people management preferred
- Understanding of multi-channel marketing, lead generation, and marketing analytics
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Familiarity with Adobe creative suite is a plus
- Proficiency with marketing automation, CRM systems, Ecommerce platforms and analytics tools (GA4)
- Collaborative, proactive, and results-driven mindset
- Hands-on and practical, with a focus on getting things done
- Leadership skills to take the marketing function to the next level
