Role Overview
The Siegel Adhesives team is seeking an experienced Internal Sales Executive to join their Narellan, NSW office. In this role, you will play a key part in driving revenue growth through proactive lead generation, strong customer engagement, and effective internal sales support.
This is an office-based sales position suited to someone who is adaptable, proactive, and confident building relationships over the phone. The ideal candidate will enjoy connecting with customers, identifying opportunities, and contributing to a high-performing sales environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, qualify, and generate new business opportunities, booking meetings for Business Development Managers and ensuring accurate pipeline management
- Support sales execution through preparation of quotes, proposals, and maintaining accurate customer, pricing, and product data
- Manage and grow existing customer relationships through proactive follow-ups, upselling, and cross-selling
- Maintain high standards of data integrity, including completion of audit reporting within one business day
- Work closely with the wider sales team to ensure seamless customer experience and execution

- Proven experience in an internal sales environment, or similar sales role.
- Good phone etiquette and ability to build rapport.

- Commercially astute with a structured, proactive sales approach
