They are seeking an experienced and highly organised Business Support Manager to become a key member of the team, supporting the CEO and ensuring the smooth operation of critical business functions across the organisation.
About the Role
Reporting directly to the CEO, this is a diverse and hands-on position that sits at the centre of the business.
You will oversee a broad range of operational, administrative and people support activities, ensuring systems, processes and communications run efficiently while providing exceptional support to employees, managers and the leadership team.
This role offers variety, autonomy and the opportunity to make a genuine impact across the organisation. This role will cover in-office operations across both the Erskine Park and Lawson offices.
Key Responsibilities
Executive and Business Support
- Provide administrative and coordination support to the CEO and Leadership Team.
- Coordinate business projects, meetings and continuous improvement initiatives
- Manage company records, document control and SharePoint administration
- Coordinate internal communications, newsletters and company updates
- Organise employee events, engagement initiatives, uniforms and recognition activities
- Coordinate travel and accommodation requirements
Payroll and Workforce Administration
- Process weekly payroll accurately and on time
- Support HR systems administration and compliance activities
People Operations Support
- Coordinate recruitment administration, interview scheduling and candidate communications
- Manage onboarding and offboarding administration
- Support performance review and remuneration review processes
- Maintain employee records, policies and compliance documentation
- Coordinate training administration and compliance tracking
Fleet, Facilities and Travel
- Manage company fleet administration including registrations, servicing, fuel cards and insurance. Coordinate travel bookings and travel systems
Workplace Health & Safety and IT Coordination
- Support WHS administration, reporting and committee activities.
About You
You are a proactive and adaptable professional who enjoys working across multiple functions and building strong relationships throughout an organisation.
You will bring:
- Previous experience in business support, office management, operations coordination or a similar role.
- Payroll administration experience.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Confidence working with business systems, Microsoft Office and SharePoint.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- The ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- A solutions-focused approach and willingness to take ownership.
