The Role
Omikron are looking for a Warehouse All-Rounder (Receiving & Dispatch) to join their close-knit operations team in Smeaton Grange.

This is a hands-on, fast-paced role where you'll be on your feet all day — perfect for someone who's fit, driven, and enjoys physical, active work. You'll work under an experienced Operations Team Leader and play a key part in keeping the warehouse running smoothly day to day.

This is a full-time, permanent position based in Smeaton Grange.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and unload deliveries, check goods against purchase orders
• Pick, pack and dispatch customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Load and unload trucks, palletise goods, and book freight
• Operate forklifts (High Reach experience highly regarded)
• Maintain warehouse organisation, cleanliness, and stock rotation
• Complete basic stock counts and help manage inventory levels
• Work closely with the operations team to keep things moving on schedule

• Adaptable and flexible — able to pivot quickly and adjust when things change
• Previous warehouse, logistics or dispatch experience
• Physically fit and comfortable with manual lifting and active work
• Reliable, punctual and ready to get stuck in
• Comfortable using computer systems and CRM/ERP software, and able to pick up new systems quickly

Must have:

• Drivers Licence
• Forklift Licence (High Reach experience preferred)
