Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results driven Inside Sales Representative to join the growing team. This role plays a key part in managing incoming sales inquiries, developing client relationships, and supporting the sales and purchasing teams to ensure smooth delivery of technical projects. You will require confidant phone and email skills and prior knowledge in small engines, pumps, valves, water control.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound enquiries and proactively develop new sales opportunities across phone, email, and digital platforms.
- Convert leads into lasting partnerships through strong product knowledge, tailored solutions, and great follow-up.
- Support ongoing customers with prompt service, clear communication, and trusted advice.
- Collaborate with purchasing, logistics, and external sales teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Prepare quotes, check availability, and assist with technical specifications across a range of pumping and fluid handling systems.

- Proven inside sales or technical account management experience (pumps, valves, fluid systems, or related industries is preferred).
- A driven, solutions-focused approach with a natural ability to build rapport and close deals.
- Strong communication skills and commercial awareness.
- Confident phone and email manner – able to engage both new prospects and loyal customers alike.
